PERSONAL TRAINING

Need a spot?  Whether you are brand new to fitness looking to gain a basic understanding of how to use proper mechanics, form and want to build a proper workout plan for yourself; or you are a fitness enthusiasts looking to achieve higher level goals, personal trainers are here to help guide and support you.

We are here to keep you motivated and stay accountable to your programs.  We take the guess work out for you and will develop a customized program that is both challenging and safe, paying close attention to your technique while pushing you outside your comfort zone while in session. 

Training sessions are one hour in duration and can be booked individually or as a small group.  We have multiple personal trainers that work out of Bodywise so please call/text Cherese at (780) 817 1295 and we can connect you with one.
